Shipping policy

*As of September 2025 , all "in stock" items will ship out same-day if ordered before 3pm cst Monday - Friday . If ordered after 3pm cst , or on weekends, your order will ship out on the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping speed in the United States and Puerto Rico is typically 1-5 days from when your order goes out the door. We are located near New orleans, so the closer you are to us, typically your shipping speed will be shorter. For example: if you live in Mississippi (1 state away from Louisiana) your shipping speed will likely be 1-2 business days. But, if you live in Oregon, your shipping speed may be 3-5 days or possibly longer depending on your proximity to a distribution hub. 

We can offer you an option for EXPIDITED shipping if you need your order in a short time frame, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in that case.
